- Tema: retrato o caricatura de Ion Luca Caragiale ([link]) y Mihai Eminescu ([link]) (en conjunto o por separado).

- Dibujos digitales deben tener una resolución de 300 ppp y tamaño de 21x30 cm o más grande, mejor calidad.

- Todos los participantes recibirán el libro de caricatura (catálogo) de la exposición.
